I support women and femmes in their 40s and 50s as they navigate significant life changes, helping them rediscover who they are, define what they want, and lean into what they can control. Working together, you’ll grow through this change and emerge with the confidence and resilience to create a life that's truly yours.

My practice primarily focuses on cis and transgender women and non-binary femmes who desire to lead themselves through major midlife transitions, including:

I feel a special calling to serve this population given my own life experience. But it’s okay if you don’t fit this profile. As an inclusive coach, my clientele includes individuals of all gender identities and situations—immigrants, graduate students, young professionals, and high performing leaders—seeking clarity and a way back to themselves.
What coaching with Heather looks like
Every coaching session is a safe and judgment-free space where you can disconnect from the chaos, rediscover yourself—perhaps after a lifetime of prioritizing others, figure out what really matters to you, and find a way to move closer to the life you envision. I act as a partner on your journey, helping you recognize what you’re capable of, design meaningful action steps towards your goals, and stay accountable to yourself.

Outcomes
Coaching relationships have expiration dates. Coaching is not intended to be a long-term engagement, but one that meets you where you are and equips you to navigate current and future challenges. What you get out of coaching largely depends on the effort you put into it, but coaching can help you:
